Winter Breaks

Here at Lanhydrock, we recognise the fact that not everyone wishes to commit to a long summer holiday in Cornwall.

For this reason, we also offer Winter Breaks, and what better way is there to relax away those mid-winter blues than by sitting by a roaring log fire at Treffy in a cosy country retreat whilst the snow falls in soft peaks outside?

Lanhydrock Farm Cottages are surrounded by an abundance of out of season activities - the Eden Project is open all year round, and will be less busy out of season. Closer to home, wrap up and cycle the Camel Trail or the Cornish Way.

There is a swimming Pool and squash courts, just five minutes drive away in Bodmin. The keen angler can try the coarse, fly and sea angling. Salmon can be found in the River Camel in the autumn. This part of Cornwall is also well served with several excellent golf courses.

The lodge is available as a Conference facility throughout the year, yet it is also ideal for parties and family get togethers. We can accommodate up to forty persons. Full catering as required.
